These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Order Insights, operated by Order Insights ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Order Insights is an analytics platform that connects to the Etsy API to help sellers understand their shop's performance. The service reads your Etsy order, listing, and shop data through Etsy's official OAuth system and presents it in dashboards and reports.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Order Insights. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may not share your account with others or use the service to provide analytics services to third parties without our prior written consent.

Order Insights offers a free tier with access to core analytics features. No payment information is required to use the free plan.
The Pro plan is billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time of subscription. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, you agree to the new price.
You retain ownership of your Etsy shop data. By connecting your shop, you grant us a limited licence to access, store, and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data and shop data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Order Insights and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the service without our written permission.
We do not claim ownership over your Etsy data or any content you provide through the service.

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY ETSYORDERINSIGHTS.COM (THE "APPLICATION DEVELOPER"). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Analytics and forecasts are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
We make no warranty that the data synced from Etsy is complete, accurate, or up to date. Data accuracy depends on what Etsy makes available through their API.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Order Insights from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your profile settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice within the service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
